DEHRADUN, 13 Dec: Heave snowfall took place, today, in the tourist destination of Dhanaulti, lighting up the faces of tourists who have come from around the country. Surkhanda Devi and the surrounding mountainous areas also witnessed snowfall. However, to the disappointment of locals, Mussoorie was left out. The locals and visitors are hopeful that Mussoorie will also get snowfall late in the night due to the constant fall in temperature. People feel that due to the snowfall taking place on the weekend, tourists would flood Mussoorie. Travellers on the Mussoorie Dhanaulti Road are facing a lot of difficulty due to the snowfall. Vehicles were trapped requiring the help of locals.
