435 students felicitated at Graphic Era’s Achievers’ Meet

Dehradun, 15 Apr: Chairman of Graphic Era Group of Institutions Dr Kamal Ghanshala said that the upcoming era belongs to artificial intelligence. Its use is expanding in every course. Whether it is commerce or fine arts, the demand for professionals who can integrate AI in their field is increasing rapidly.
Dr Ghanshala was addressing the Achievers’ Meet 2025, here, today. He said that AI is not limited to engineering anymore. Whether it is english hons, fine arts, networking or other courses, the use of AI extending across all the subjects. Students from all the disciplines should connect with AI. The demand for professionals who can work with AI is increasing in renowned global companies.
Chairman Dr Ghanshala said that the education system will undergo significant transformation in the upcoming five years. Students will be taught in virtual mode while sitting at their homes. Virtual classes will replace traditional classrooms. Students will only need to attend class for practicals. He said that to become a successful entrepreneur one needs to have risk taking capacity along with new ideas. To achieve success in life one should be free from ego, insecurity, stay away from insecure people, have smart thinking and develop the skills of good storytelling.

While interacting with students, Dr Ghanshala shared his experiences and gave tips on time management and multitasking. He said that interest increases in our work if we understand its depth and intensity. Being an entrepreneur, people who understand your thought process should be employed. Keeping good advisors is necessary but people who agree with everything are not necessarily good advisors, critics are also important. Highlighting the government schemes that promote entrepreneurship and start-ups, he said that government is taking initiatives to encourage those who are performing well. Alumni of Graphic Era who developed world’s smallest ECG machine were personally appreciated and honoured by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
At the request of the achievers and their parents, he also sang some songs and received huge applause.
At the Achiever’s Meet, 435 students from Graphic Era Deemed University and Graphic Era Hill University’s Dehradun, Bhimtal and Haldwani campuses were felicitated for amazing placement packages of Rs 61.99 Lakh, outstanding achievements in research and sports. A huge cake was cut on the occasion of Dr Kamal Ghanshala’s birthday. Dr Ghanshala celebrated his birthday with achievers, their parents and Graphic Era family.
On this occasion, a short film, titled Safarnama, based on his journey so far was also screened.
The Achievers’ Meet was attended by Chief Patron of Graphic Era Group RC Ghanshala, President of Graphic Era Educational Society Lakshmi Ghanshala, Vice Chairperson of Graphic Era Group of Institutions Dr Rakhi Ghanshala, Vice Chancellor of Graphic Era Deemed University Dr Narpinder Singh, Vice Chancellor of Graphic Era Hill University Dr Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Director of Bhimtal campus Col Anil Nair, Director of Haldwani campus Dr Manish Bisht, other officials, faculty members and students.
