Dehradun, 6 May: In the first match, today, of the 24th Gardner Premier League Inter-School Indoor Cricket Tournament 2019 (Boys & Girls) underway at the Gardner Multipurpose Floodlit Auditorium at St Thomas’ College, Ann Mary School (Girls) won against Summer Valley School by 5 wickets. The highest scorer for Ann Mary School was Suhani with 12 runs and, for Summer Valley School, it was Aastha with 13 runs.
St Jude’s School (Girls) won against Carman School, Dalanwala, by 6 wickets. The highest scorer for St Jude’s School was Mansi with 9 runs and, for Carman School, it was Divya with 9 runs.
Asian School (Boys) won against St Thomas’ College by 16 runs. The highest scorer for Asian School was Aryan with 29 runs and, for St Thomas’ College, it was Tushar with 18 runs.
The umpires on the day were Rishabh Aswal and Arjun Uniyal. The scorer was Gaurav Chamoli.
