DEHRADUN, 30 Apr: The Graphic Era team presented 100 specially prepared face shields to the police personnel involved in the war against the Corona virus, here, today.
A team of Graphic Era gave these face shields prepared with the help of three-D printers to the deployed personnel of ISBT and Clement Town area in the presence of Police Officer Anuj Singh. After this, the police personnel and paramedical staff posted at the Asharodi check post were given face shields for protection from corona in the presence of the station in-charge, Narottam Bisht. These shields have been prepared at the Technology Incubator Center of Graphic Era Deemed University and the Mechanical Engineering Department of Graphic Era Hill University.
Wearing this face shield over the mask reduces the risk of virus infection.
Significantly, during the lockdown due to Covid-19, Graphic Era has distributed a large number of masks and sanitisers along with 19,000 kilograms of food grains.
