Dehradun, 21 Apr: The Civil Services constitute one of the most valuable pillars of the Indian Government. Their significant contributions have helped shape the Indian sphere of influence to reach colossal heights. To commemorate their contributions, 21 April every year is celebrated as Civil Services Day.

Celebrations were conducted by the team of Uttarakhand Heritage Media at Hotel Pacific from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Some students of Indian Cambridge School were also part of this conference. The purpose of including students was to inculcate in them a feeling of patriotism and service to the nation and inspire them to become a part of the service.

The Chief Guests were Radha Raturi, Additional Chief Secretary, and Anil Raturi (ex-DGP Uttarakhand). The event was hosted and anchored by Kanchan Negi.
