Dehradun, 28 Mar: A musical evening was arranged by the Intellectuals’ Foundation at 1, Inder Road, Dalanwala, to celebrate Holi with rose petals at which only a limited number of persons were invited. The function was organised by Harsh Sharma, Secretary of the Foundation, at which some of the noted singers of the town gave their renderings that were very much appreciated by all. All those who came were welcomed with rose petals symbolic of playing Holi.
The function was presided over by Brig KG Behl (Retd), former Dy Surveyor General. Noted Industrialist Dr S Farooq was the Chief Guest and Dr Ashutosh Sayana was Guest of Honour. Prominent among those present were Sunil Agarwal, Padam Singh, RK Bakshi, VD Sharma, Anil Verma, Rajani Sharma, Agrim Nidhi Sharma and others. Parvez Gaji conducted the programme. Prominent among those who sang included the famous Subhash Vohra, Advocate Pramod Mehta Modi, Ravinder Singh Anand, RK Bakshi, Parvez Gaji and others.
