Dehradun, 25 Aug: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi today attended the Leadership Excellence Awards Ceremony as the Chief Guest at a private hotel in Dehradun. The event was organised by Genesis Creations and Sur Rahbar Foundation.
On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi felicitated young entrepreneurs associated with startups along with distinguished individuals who have excelled in various fields of society. Congratulating the awardees, he said that this was not merely an award distribution function, but an opportunity to honour those leaders who, through dedication, integrity, and hard work, have paved new paths for society.
Highlighting the achievements of the winners, Minister Joshi said that each awardee present had proved, even in challenging circumstances, that determination and innovative thinking can make the impossible possible. He added that such events are essential because recognising and appreciating excellence not only honours individuals but also inspires the younger generation to dream big and move forward with responsibility.
Minister Joshi further stated that, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has carved out a new identity in the global startup ecosystem. He emphasised that government initiatives under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi have instilled confidence in the youth. Today, lakhs of young people are empowering themselves through startups and at the same time giving fresh momentum to the country’s economy. Stressing on the importance of this change, he said that today’s youth are not job seekers, but job creators — and this is the greatest strength of Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India).
The event was also graced by Minister of State ranked Bhagwat Prasad Makwana, institution Director Dr Susanna Sircar, Anik Chhetri, and several other dignitaries.
