Dehradun, 15 Feb: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi on Thursday reviewed the progress of various development works being carried out by the Public Works Department in the Mussoorie Assembly Constituency at his Camp Office in Hathibadkala, here.
Joshi received detailed information about the progress of the development works being carried out in the assembly constituency by the Public Works Department. He gave necessary guidelines to the officers in this regard. The Minister said that attention should be paid to the quality of materials used in construction work. Special attention should be paid to quality and timeliness in the works. Asphalting work should be done within the stipulated time limit.
Joshi told the officials to immediately resolve the discrepancies related to forest clearance and carry out the construction work as soon as possible. Projects announced by the CM should be given priority. He said boards should be installed at the places where construction work has been completed. The Cabinet Minister said that soon the foundation stone of the road construction work to be built in Jaintanwala, Mansadawala and Vilaspur Kandli will be laid.
On this occasion, Superintending Engineer of Public Works Department Anil Pangati, and EE Jitendra Tripathi were also present.
