Dehradun, 15th Jan: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi held a series of public meetings in various wards of the Dehradun Municipal Corporation area today, in view of the upcoming municipal elections. He participated in public meetings supporting BJP councilor candidates including Kiren from Ward 93 (Arcadia 2nd), Nirmala Thapa from Ward 02 (Vijaypur), Samidha Gurung from Ward 31 (Kaulgarh), Amita Singh from Ward 36 (Vijay Park), and Amrita Kaushal from Ward 34 (Govind Garh).
During the gatherings, Joshi appealed to the people of Dehradun to vote in favor of BJP’s mayoral candidate Saurabh Thapliyal and BJP councilor candidates. During the event, Sahaspur MLA Sahdev Pundir and Dehradun Mayor candidate Saurabh Thapliyal also addressed the gathering and urged the voters to support BJP.
Present at the event were MLA Savita Kumar, Mandal President Jyoti Kotiya, former soldier Captain Dinesh Pradhan, Vishnu Gupta, councilor candidates Nirmala Thapa, Kiren, Samidha Gurung, Amita Singh, Mamta Gurung, Harish Kumar, Prabha Shah, Khem Bahadur Gurung, and many others.
