Dehradun, 20 Jun: On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami, Raipur MLA Umesh Sharma ‘Kau’ and SSP, Dehradun, Ajai Singh today met the family members of Deepak Dobhal who was killed in the firing incident at Dobhal Chowk in Raipur, and also those injured in the firing incident.
Kau and SSP Ajai Singh assured the victim’s family that strict action will be taken against all the accused and the state will leave no effort to ensure harshest punishment by pursuing the case strongly in the court.
Ajai Singh also assured the family that the property illegally acquired by the accused will also be seized under the Gangster Act. Along with this, strict action will also be ensured against every person involved in the illegal business of the accused. He added that any illegal construction on the property of the accused will also be demolished after due inquiry.
On this occasion, the family members of the deceased Deepak Badola and the injured said that they had not demanded any compensation but some people are spreading propaganda to push their agenda.
Both, Kau and Singh assured the family that strictest action will be taken against the accused involved in the incident and that any property illegally acquired by the accused will be identified and confiscated under the Gangster Act.
