Dehradun, 27 Mar: BJP in Uttarakhand has released its list of 40 star campaigners for the Lok Sabha Elections to be held in April. The Congress is yet to release the list of its star campaigners. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Cabinet Ministers Nitin Gadkari, Smriti Irani and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and BJP President JP Nadda feature prominently in the list of campaigners. The majority of the leaders who feature in the list are related to the state including Chief Minster Pushkar Singh Dhami and the BJP candidates from Uttarakhand.
The list includes names of Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini and former Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan. BJP MP from Mathura and Bollywood actor Hema Malini also features in the list of star campaigners in Uttarakhand.
