Dehradun, 12 Nov: Film actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office on Saturday. Siddiqui is shooting for his film in Uttarakhand. Filming was done by him in Rotu Ki Bailey, Chamba, Mussoorie and Dehradun. He said that Uttarakhand has a very good environment for shooting films. The natural beauty of Uttarakhand is attracting people for filming.
Dhami said that air, rail and road connectivity is expanding rapidly in Uttarakhand. In the mountainous regions of Uttarakhand, there are many beautiful places from the point of view of filming. Tourism is being promoted by the state government in hilly areas. Efforts are being made in this direction to open good hotels in these areas. A single window system has been created in the state for the shooting of films.Film actor Hemant Pandey and brothers of Siddiqui, advocate Mohd Almas, Faizuddin were amongst those present.
