Roorkee, 19 Sep: Quantum University has once again made its mark on the national stage by winning 1st Position at the prestigious Paridhanika Fashion Show, held on 13 September under Tooryanand, at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal.
Themed “Katha Bharat Ki”, the event was a vibrant celebration of India’s cultural legacy, expressed through costume design, art, and performance. It witnessed participation from some of the country’s most reputed institutions, including NIFT Bhopal, MANIT Bhopal, LNCT Bhopal, among others.
The Quantum University team presented their entry, titled “Shaktiyug”, a unique fashion narrative weaving together elements of Indian traditions, mythology, and contemporary cultural symbolism.
The team successfully qualified among the Top 7 teams in the semi-final round. In the grand finale, Quantum’s presentation excelled in creativity, thematic strength, and performance quality, ultimately securing the 1st Position.
The final results were as follows: 1st Position – SHAKTIYUG – Quantum University; 2nd Position – DIVYA MANTHAN – NIFT Bhopal; 3rd Position – PARAMPARA KE DHAGA – LNCT Bhopal.
The winning team comprised students from diverse courses and disciplines, including BTech, BSc, BCA, VFX, and Psychology: Aman Thakur, Akash Thakur, Mahi Jha, Harshit Kishore, Ishika Rana, Prince, Aakash Karki, Sania, Shivank Dhiman, Anjali, Rahul Kothari, Rohan Jaiswal, Astha, Isha, and Bravishi.
