Dehradun, 16 Apr: Romel Bijalwan of Dehradun, and permanent resident of Village Murai, Naugan, Uttarkashi has attained Rank 353 in the UPSC exams.
His father Dr Rajeev Bijalwan is Deputy Director, Rural Development Institute, Swami Rama Himalayan University, while his mother is Medical Officer in the State Ayurvedic and Unani Services. Romel completed his B Tech from Pant Nagar University. He cleared the exam in his first attempt.
