SJA, Col Brown Cambridge School lift Heritage School Invitational Table Tennis Trophies

Dehradun, 29 Apr: The final matches of The Heritage School Invitational Inter School Junior and Senior Boys’ Table Tennis Tournament 2023 were played on 29 April.
Before the commencement of the matches President of the Heritage School, Avadhesh Chaudhary welcomed the Chief Guest, Proprietor of Champions Table Tennis Sports Academy Anubhav Shing, and the guest of honour retired Colonel Anshu Bhanari by presenting them a bouquet of flowers.
In team event of Junior boys’ category the final match was played between Col Brown Cambridge School and The Aryan SchoolCol Brown Cambridge School won the final match with set score of 3-0.
In team event of senior boys category, the final match was played between The Heritage School and St Joseph’s Academy. St Joseph’s Academy won the match with set score of 3-1.
The final match of junior individual category was played between Divyanshu Yadav of The Aryan School and Parth Sood of The Heritage School. Divyanshu Yadav won the match with set score of 3-1.
The final match of senior individual category was played between Arihant Gupta of St Joseph’s Academy and Mudit Jalan of Doon International School. Arihant Gupta won the final match with set score of 3-0.
Col Brown Cambridge School lifted the junior team event trophy. While St Joseph’s Academy lifted the senior team event trophy.
In junior category title of the player of the series was bagged by Mrigank Kohli of Col Brown Cambridge School, while in the senior category title of the player of the series was awarded to Arihant Gupta of St Joseph’s Academy.
The programe ended with felicitation of coaches and players by Avadhesh Chaudhary.
Principal of the Heritage School Dr Anju Tyagi, Counsellor Charu Chaudhary and Junior School coordinator Richa Sharma were also present of the occasion.
