Dehradun, 26 Nov: Summerhill International School organised a winter carnival on 24 November in its premises, here. It was attended by a large number of students from various schools like Kasiga, Col Brown, Doon Girls, Moravian, etc., as also many well-wishers, which included Brig & Mrs KG Behl (Retd), Brig Pran Kaul, Maj Gen & Mrs Nandwani, Mr & Mrs PS Kakkar, Col & Mrs Bahuguna, Jyoti Dhawan, Usha Goyal.
There were many lively events to participate in, which were enjoyed by all. There was a lot of enjoyment, fun and food extravaganza. Pramila Kaul and her husband started the school forty years ago to provide quality education to the children.
There was a wide array of stalls catering for a variety of day to day items. The main idea of the Carnival was to raise funds for the unprivileged children of Doon.
