Dehradun, 30 May: The Investiture Ceremony of St Jude’s School for the Academic Year 2025-26 was held with great enthusiasm, here, today. It was a proud moment for the entire school as the newly elected Student Council Members took charge of their roles and responsibilities in a formal ceremony marked by discipline, pride, and promise.
The event began with a solemn introduction of the Council Members symbolising the beginning of their leadership journey. Principal M Gardner administered the Oath of Office to the Head Boy, Head Girl, Sports Captains, and Prefects of the Four Houses. The Prefects pledged to uphold the values of the school and to perform their duties with integrity and commitment.
In her address, Principal M Gardner emphasised the importance of leadership and responsibility, encouraging the Council to be role models and lead by example. “True leadership is about serving others, being accountable, and working to contribute positively to school life.”
The Investiture Ceremony concluded with the National Anthem and a Vote of Thanks. It was a day, that marked the beginning of a promising chapter for the student leaders of St Jude’s School.
The Prefects of 2025-26 were: Head Girl Aditi Sehgal, Head Boy Prakshal Jain. Sports Captains – Bhoomi Chaudhary and Sarthak Mingwal.
