Khatima (US Nagar), 25 Oct: A large number of local people and public representatives today called on Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at his private residence in Nagla Tarai and at Lohiyahead Helipad in Khatima. Here, he listened to their grievances and concerns and directed the officials concerned to ensure prompt, transparent and effective resolution of public issues on a priority basis.
Addressing those present on this occasion, the CM emphasised that time-bound redressal of public grievances is the highest priority of the state government. He said that people should not be forced to make unnecessary rounds of government offices for the resolution of their problems. He also directed the officials to work with sensitivity and promptness while addressing public concerns.
Dhami claimed that the state government is functioning on the core principles of simplification, resolution and satisfaction. He added that along with ensuring accountability in the administration, the government’s priority is to provide every citizen with a satisfactory solution to their problems.
On this occasion, the CM also discussed ongoing development works in Khatima and the local requirements with public representatives. He asserted that the state government remains committed to advancing development works in line with public expectations and strengthening civic amenities for citizens.
District Panchayat Chairperson Ajay Maurya, Minister of State rank holders Captain (Retd) Gambhir Singh Dhami, Suresh Koli, Ranjit Singh Namdhari, former MLA Dr Prem Singh Rana, Khatima Municipal Council Chairperson Ramesh Chandra Joshi, Satish Bhatt, Randeep Pokhariya, Varun Agrawal, Amit Pandey, Bhawani Bhandari, District Magistrate Nitin Singh Bhadauria, SSP Ajay Ganpati, SP (Crime) Anusha Badola, ADM Pankaj Upadhyay and other public representatives and officials were among those present on the occasion.
