DEHRADUN, 1 Feb: On the fifth day of the 38th National Games, Uttarakhand’s men and women badminton teams delivered a historic performance, securing Silver medals in both the men’s and women’s team events respectively. This remarkable achievement has brought immense pride to the state, especially as the women’s team did not participate last year, while the men’s team had won Bronze.
The players showcased exceptional skill and determination, highlighting Uttarakhand’s rising dominance in badminton. This success not only reflects their hard work and dedication but also signals a promising future for the sport in the state, inspiring players for upcoming competitions.
