Dehradun, 2 Aug: The international colours of Serbia, England, China, Nigeria, Angola, Yemen, France, Egypt and Indonesia were witnessed in the premises of Graphic Era, here, today. The occasion was the celebration of ‘International Hues’ in the Graphic Era Deemed University.
Student delegations from various countries reached Graphic Era, here, today. Students from these countries and those of Graphic Era Group are holding the event under a student exchange programme and collaboration with several international universities.
Students of these nations prepared non-alcoholic mocktails of their respective regions at the Hotel Management Department of the University. The international students served their regional mocktails to the University students who showed dummy passports of their various native places.
Foreign and Indian students showcased cultural performances in “Global Hues” in which the international students performed Jazz, Hip-hop, Tango, while Indian students exhibited their prowess at Uttarakhandi folk dances.
Also present were Pro Vice-Chancellor, Graphic Era Deemed University, Prof (Dr) HN Nagraja, Dean, International Affairs, Prof (Dr) DP Gangodkar, Suchit Arora, etc. The event was coordinated by Sahib Sablok.
The students of Graphic Era also took selfies with the international students on the occasion.
