DEHRADUN, 3 Sep: Vice Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, Commandant, Indian Naval Academy, visited the Indian Military Academy, here, from 2 to 3 September. The Commandant was accompanied by Commodore Manish Bhandari, Principal Director (Training), and Lt Navneet Taneja, Flag Lt to the Commandant. He interacted with Major General GS Rawat, Deputy Commandant & Chief Instructor, to discuss training issues and to share best practices in order to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of training being imparted to Officer Cadets. The Commandant of the Indian Naval Academy also interacted with his counterpart, Lt Gen SK Jha, Commandant, Indian Military Academy. The Flag Officer was given a windshield tour of the entire academy. He interacted with the training staff and saw the infrastructure that was being utilised to impart training and house the cadets and staff. The Flag Officer was all praise for the professionalism and military discipline with which IMA was working to achieve its stated Goals.
