Mussoorie, 29 Oct: Even heavy rain in Mussoorie could not diminish the enthusiasm of RSS volunteers. Amidst the downpour, the volunteers conducted a ‘path sanchalan’ (march) from Badoni Chowk to Gandhi Chowk. Throughout the event, the volunteers marched in a highly disciplined manner. Their participation, despite the challenging weather, made the occasion truly significant. Through this march, a message of discipline, organization, unity, and service to the nation was conveyed.
The volunteers followed a designated route. While the heavy rain disrupted daily life for the general public, the volunteers participated in the event with great zeal. The march, which began at Badoni Chowk, concluded at Gandhi Chowk, drawing the attention of onlookers along the route. The objective of the event was to strengthen the sense of discipline, collectivism, and social responsibility among the volunteers. The ‘path sanchalan’ is a key organizational activity of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), in which volunteers march in disciplined rows along a set path. It is intended to foster discipline, organizational unity, dedication, and a spirit of social service. Through such events, the organization presents its activities and ideology to the public.

Rajat Agrawal, the Mussoorie BJP Mandal President, remarked that the sustained enthusiasm of the volunteers, despite the heavy rain, reflects a deep sense of discipline and dedication. He noted that such programs convey a message of unity, service, and a sense of duty toward the nation. According to him, the volunteers’ participation—even under difficult weather conditions—demonstrates their firm commitment. Praising the volunteers’ enthusiasm, Rajat Agrawal emphasized the importance of translating the sense of responsibility toward society and the spirit of service into practical action. He described organizational activities as a means to enhance positive participation within society.
