Mussoorie, 9 Oct: Spectra – an annual event organised at St George’s College, here, by the School Creative Lab Team in collaboration with the students, was organised today with the objective of fostering creativity and talent in the field of design, digital games, videography, film making, and other fields of art. Artistic models, clay sculptures and other interesting exhibits prepared by the students throughout the year, were exhibited on the occasion.

The Chief Guest, Congregation Leader Brother Paul O’ Keeffe, declared the creative display of Spectra open. The Guest of Honour was General Councilor Brother Emmanuel Achola. The guests were welcomed with potted plants.

Gurirath Singh Khurana delivered the welcome address after which a dance performance and a Fashion Show enthralled the audience. The Fashion Show, a display of impressively designed outfits based on the Indian Armed Forces theme, was the highlight of the event.

The visiting Brothers were impressed by the display and remarked that creative pursuits fostered skills like innovative thought, teamwork and collaboration.

Spectra 2024 was successfully conducted under the supervision of Brother Ramesh Amalanathan (Principal), Brother Felix Kumar (Vice-Principal & Sports Secretary), Brother Babu Varghese (Superior), Saroj Mandal, Karan, Pawan and Rahul.
