Dehradun, 10 Oct: The City Forest Park of MDDA in Dehradun is now fully ready and will be formally opened for the public soon.
MDDA Vice President Banshidhar Tiwari, along with his team, inspected the entire park today and instructed the officials to open it fully for the public at the earliest. Tiwari stated that the park has been designed to include convenient and natural elements for the people. Around 2000 people have already started visiting the park daily in the morning and evening. The park also features a cycle track, joggers’ park, maze for children, and several other activities. Tiwari also shared that yoga classes will be held in the morning.
This park, located right opposite the helipad on Sahastradhara Road, has special activities for children and a focus on green areas. A large variety of medicinal plants have also been planted extensively in this park.
