Minister Joshi lays the foundation stone of 9 development works worth Rs 55.68 lakh

Dehradun, 5 Dec: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi today laid the foundation stone of 9 development works worth Rs 55.68 lakh in Ward 2 Vijaypur, Anarwala, here, at a function organized by the Bhadrakali Temple Family. These works were sanctioned from the MLA fund and include CC roads, retaining walls, and other infrastructure projects.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Ganesh Joshi emphasised that the government is committed to strengthening basic infrastructure by adhering to the ideals of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s slogan, “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas” and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s vision of “People’s Government at the Doorstep”. He mentioned that the Dhami government ensures the completion of the projects it starts.

Joshi added that over the past three years, Rs 126.73 lakh from the MLA fund has been allocated for 36 projects in Ward 2 Vijaypur. Additionally, in the last two years, Rs 66.49 lakh has been spent on 17 different development works through the Mandi Parishad. He assured that these development works would greatly benefit the residents of the area once completed.

The event was attended by several prominent figures, including BJP Mandal President Jyoti Kotia, BJP State Executive Member Nirmala Thapa, Captain Dinesh Pradhan, Ratan Gupta, Gambi Lama, Bart Bahadur, Maya Pradhan, Sunita Thapa, Mamta Thapa, Govind Thapa, Sunil Kotia, Anita Shastri, and others.
