Dehradun, 13 Jan: Journalist Vijay Pandhi, who hails from Dehradun but now lives in the US and is a US citizen has been invited to the 60th Presidential Inauguration, where Donald J. Trump will be officially sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.
The event is scheduled to be held on Monday, 20 January, at Noon (US Eastern time) at the National Mall at Madison in Washington DC.
Speaking to Garhwal Post, Pandhi shared that he had been working for Donald Trump and the Republican Party in these elections for the past 6 months and has been invited to the swearing in ceremony in that capacity. However, he added that since he is currently on a visit to India, he may not be able to make it to the event.
