Chief Minister approves financial sanction of Rs 136.68 crores for various development schemes

Dehradun, 14 Sep: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved Rs 37.51 lakh for the establishment of a horticulture farm at Mudiyani near the district headquarters in Champawat constituency, and Rs 49.82 lakhs for setting up a marketing centre of House of Himalayas at Amodi.

For Dehradun district’s Dharampur constituency, the Chief Minister approved Rs 60.00 lakhs for replacing the old, dilapidated pipelines in various lanes of Ward 86, Sevla Kalan.

For Bageshwar district’s Kapkot constituency, he approved Rs 58.64 lakh for developing Shikhar Mool Narayan campus, Alaknath Temple Kilpara, Bhanar Bajyain, Kanda Simkula, Ghatwariya, Shiv Temple Sundergufa Kanda, Bajyain Temple Dhai Ijar, and Nanda Devi Temple Dophad as tourist sites, along with beautification of Alaknath Temple Kilpara.

In Tehri district’s Dhanaulti constituency, the Chief Minister approved Rs 60 lakhs for the construction of a Yatri Vishram Grah at Dwarikapuri.

Following the recommendations of the 15th Finance Commission, the Chief Minister approved the release of Rs 35.50 crores in FY 2025-26 for converting rural PHCs and sub-centres into Health and Wellness Centres.

Additionally, under the 15th Finance Commission’s recommendations, the Chief Minister approved the release of the first instalment of Rs 39.41 crores for FY 2024-25 to all Urban Local Bodies under untied/unspecified grants.

He also approved the release of the first instalment of Rs 59.11 crores for FY 2024-25 to all Urban Local Bodies under tied/specified grants.
