Dehradun, 28 Jan: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today handed over appointment letters to 1,035 assistant teachers for primary education at a function held at Government Doon Medical College, Patel Nagar, Dehradun. Among those given appointment letters today are 17 special educators.

Extending best wishes to the selected teachers on this occasion, Dhami expressed confidence that they would play a pivotal role in elevating education standards across the state. He noted that a significant responsibility to shape Uttarakhand’s future now rests on their shoulders. Dhami also observed that when a child receives quality education rooted in values, they not only improve their own life but also make an invaluable contribution to building society and the nation. The CM further described the teachers as architects of the country’s bright future.

On the occasion, Dhami urged the new teachers to instil a sense of duty towards society, culture and the nation among students, ensuring they become responsible and cultured citizens alongside their academic pursuits.
