DEHRADUN, 3 May: A CBSE Capacity-building workshop on “School Health and Wellness” was organized at Bristol Public School on May 1 and 2. The programme was inaugurated by CBSE resource persons Vandana Pandey and Sarabjit Singh.
The objective of the programme was to equip teachers with essential knowledge related to health, hygiene, and overall well-being. Through various interactive sessions and activities, teachers were encouraged to adopt and promote a healthy lifestyle both personally and professionally.
Vandana Pandey and Sarabjit Singh shared valuable insights on health-related topics and provided special guidance through engaging and meaningful activities. Teachers from various schools participated in this two-day workshop. Gayatri Sharma and Anmol, representing Bristol Public School, took part in the programme.
School Principal Parvesh Bhatt expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the CBSE resource persons and all participating teachers for their meaningful contributions to the success of the event. As part of the inauguration, two saplings were planted by the resource persons to symbolize health and growth.
