CM Dhami watches Hindi Film, ‘The Sabarmati Report’

Dehradun, 24 Nov: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday watched the Hindi film, ‘The Sabarmati Report’, at a mall in Hathibarkala. The film is based on the tragic incident of the Sabarmati Express train fire that occurred on 27 February 2002 in Godhra. On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced that the film would be made tax-free in Uttarakhand.

Actor Vikrant Massey, who plays a significant role in the film, was also present during the screening.

Earlier, Vikrant Massey paid a courtesy call on the Chief Minister at his residence to discuss the film.

The event was also attended by Cabinet Ministers Premchand Agarwal, Ganesh Joshi, Subodh Uniyal, Rajya Sabha MP and BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt, Lok Sabha MP Mala Rajyalakshmi Shah, MLAs Khajan Das, Umesh Sharma ‘Kau’, Sahdev Singh Pundir, Savita Kapoor, and other public representatives.
