Dehradun, 19 Nov: Claiming its sure victory in the Kedarnath by-election, the BJP’s media in charge Manveer Chauhan today asserted that the development work of the BJP and the image of the candidate will prove to be decisive in the Kedarnath byelection.
Chauhan claimed that the public is not only excited about the development work and the image of the candidate in Kedarnath, but the voters there also want to teach a lesson to opponents of Sanatan and supporters of appeasement. There is enthusiasm among a large number of women, youth, and the elderly. Rapid development work going on in Kedar Valley under the guidance of PM Modi is a topic of discussion among the voters.
Chauhan expressed hope for an increase in the voting percentage but called the negative statements of the Congress regarding the participation of migrants in the voting as unfortunate. He said that a large number of migrant people want to participate in the democratic process of Kedarnath, but the Congress sees its defeat in this. Now the frustrated Congress has resorted to false allegations and propaganda. From the first day itself, the Congress leaders have been talking about the misuse of machinery. While everyone knows that all the processes are being carried out under the supervision of the Election Commission, the Congress leaders are now objecting to the migrants coming to exercise their franchise. Through migrant programmes, the BJP has inspired the voters of Kedarnath living outside to participate in the democratic process, and all parties, including the Congress, should do the same, but they remained idle as usual. Now that the BJP’s campaign has succeeded, they have started seeing their certain defeat in this too.
Chauhan claimed that the enthusiastic workers of the party have made all the preparations for polling. The booth president will discharge his responsibility at the polling station along with his team. He appealed to the common people to vote in a record number.
