Dehradun, 7 Jan: After returning from his Delhi tour, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami shared details about his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He mentioned that several important schemes and projects related to the state’s development were discussed and, in this connection, valuable guidance was received from the Prime Minister.
Dhami also shared that during his meeting with PM Modi, he also extended a formal invitation to the Prime Minister to visit Uttarakhand for the National Games. He also discussed with the PM, the ongoing preparations for organising the National Games and the benefits they would bring to the youth of the state.
The CM also shared that he also presented a blueprint of various projects and schemes related to tourism, employment, and infrastructure development in the state and sought cooperation from the central government towards their implementation.
The CM further shared that he briefed the PM regarding the importance of the winter yatra and the enthusiasm witnessed for it among the devotees. He informed the PM that a large number of devotees are participating in the winter yatra, boosting tourism and the local economy. Dhami also invited Modi for a winter stay in the state, to which the PM responded positively.
He shared that he had also expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister, stating that his guidance and support are inspiring for the state and would help Uttarakhand reach new heights of development.
