The program began with the hoisting of the national flag by the Chief Guest, Colonel Manish Srivastava. As the tricolor was unfurled, the crowd stood in respect, singing the National Anthem in unison. This act set a solemn and proud tone for the day’s events.

Riverians showcased their love for the country through various performances. A group of students sang the soulful and stirring songs ‘Teri Mitti Mein Mil Jaavan’ and ‘Lehra Do,’ which resonated with the spirit of patriotism. A dance performance on the song ‘Desh Mera’ brought energy and emotion to the celebration, while a dramatic portrayal of the life of Shaheed Bhagat Singh reminded everyone of the sacrifices made by India’s freedom fighters.
