Dehradun, 29 Apr: The students of Ecole Globale International Girls School participated in the 2nd Inter School Swimming Competition held at Unison World School on 27 April, in which about 45 students from 5 schools participated. The schools were
Unison World School, Wynberg Allen School, Mussoorie, Kasiga School, Gyananda School, and Ecole Globale International Girls’ School.
Ecole Globale won the Overall Championship and the Best Player Trophy with 29 medals. Urvi Pansari won 4 gold medals (25m freestyle, 50m freestyle, 25 butterfly and 4×25 medley relay)
2 silver medals (100m individual medley and 4X50m freestyle relay) and the Best Player Trophy. Preet Mehta won 3 gold medals (50m breast stroke, 4X50m freestyle relay, 4X50m medley) and 1 bronze medal (25 freestyle). Hazel Garg got 2 gold medals (Medley relay and freestyle relay), 2 bronze medals (50m backstroke and 50m freestyle). Aalia took 1gold medal (freestyle relay), 3 silver medals (Medley relay, 25m breast stroke and 25m butterfly). Manasvi Jadhav won 2 gold medals (freestyle relay and Medley relay), 2 silver medals (50 breast stroke and 50 butterfly). Aanchal took 2 gold medals (freestyle relay and medely relay). Tamanna grabbed 2 gold medals (medely relay and 25 breaststroke), 1 silver medal (freestyle relay). Shrishti Kaushik took 1 gold medal (Medley relay), 1silver medal (freestyle relay).
