Dehradun, 7 Jan: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi participated in a havan ceremony held at Atma Ram Dharamshala in Kishan Nagar, today, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of senior BJP leader and former Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly, the late Harbans Kapoor. During the ceremony, Joshi paid homage to Harbans Kapoor and expressed his respect.
While paying tribute, Joshi said that the late Harbans Kapoor was truly an ideal public leader who dedicated every moment of his life to serving the people. He added that Kapoor was his political mentor and owed his present position to Kapoor. He highlighted that the late Kapoor’s contribution to the development of the state was exemplary, and his ideals and thoughts would always inspire all towards public service.
The event was also attended by Cantt MLA Savita Kapoor, Amit Kapoor, Atul Kapoor, Sandeep Kapoor, and many others.
