On this occasion, the Governor said that at present the biggest enemy of the youth is drug addiction and it is our duty to support all types of deaddiction campaigns. He said that a balanced road map should be made to counter this menace. We must make effective plans so that whatever work we start is coordinated and sustainable. He said that it is the responsibility of everyone to provide all the resources required for this scheme.
Lt Gen Singh said that various NGOs are working in this field. The Governor said that leadership, ownership and passion are most needed to do this work. He said that he would provide all possible support to Jagmohan Grover and Gurjeet Singh for this work.
