Dehradun, 24 Sep: The Uttarakhand government is preparing the ‘Viksit Uttarakhand Vision 2047’ as part of the ‘Viksit Bharat’ state campaign. The initiative aims to ensure a fully developed state by 2047, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of India’s independence.
To ensure the vision document aligns with citizens’ expectations, the government has invited suggestions from the general public, research and academic institutions, NGOs, and community-based organisations. All relevant suggestions received will be incorporated into the document to lay a strong foundation for the effective implementation of ‘Viksit Uttarakhand Vision 2047.’
The Principal Secretary, Planning, Uttarakhand, R Meenakshi Sundaram has urged all the parties concerned or interested to submit their suggestions for the ‘Viksit Uttarakhand Vision’ by 20 October 2025. Submissions can be made online at https://cppgg.uk.gov.in/ukvision47/index.php/ideaform. Suggestions can also be provided through a QR code.
