Dehradun, 14 Nov: The Himalayan Public School celebrated Children’s Day on the birth anniversary of India’s first Prime Minister Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru. The entire school, from classes PG to XII, participated in various activities such as fancy dress show, Song & Dance for Pre-primary and Primary section. The fancy dress was an open show in which the students dressed in various colourful and attractive costumes.
A Talent Show, Cricket match, Song & Dance for the Middle and Senior Sections, was enjoyed by one and all. Students were given a chance to showcase their talent.
In the Cricket match, the teams comprised the students and staff. School Chairman Dr Aditya Arya and the Principal Dr Ena Banerjee enthusiastically participated in the Cricket match.
The programme concluded with party time and a sumptuous spread.
