Dehradun, 26 May: In an International Faculty Development Programme organised at Graphic Era, experts shared insights on qualitative analysis using Artificial Intelligence.
This five-day FDP on Qualitative Analysis using Artificial Intelligence began at Graphic Era deemed University, here, today. Addressing the inaugural session, Vice Chancellor of Graphic Era Deemed University, Dr Narpinder Singh said that the future belongs to Artificial Intelligence based research, which will bring revolution in the field of education. He said that AI is not limited just to technology now but is rapidly gaining importance in fields like social science, management and humanities.
Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Santosh S Saraf urged faculty members and PhD scholars to move forward in research with a global perspective. Prof Hemant C Sashittal from St John Fisher University also addressed the FDP online.
The FDP is being organised by the Department of Management Studies in collaboration with Association of Indian Universities – Academics and Administrative Development Centre (AIU – AADC). Director, Research, Dr Bhasker Pant, HOD Dr Navneet Rawat, Convener Dr Ashulekha Gupta, faculty members, PhD scholars and students were present at the event.
