London, 27 May: British-Indian entrepreneur and Cobra Beer founder Lord Karan Bilimoria has been conferred an Honorary Fellowship by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPSG) in recognition of his contributions to education and business.
RCPSG, one of the oldest medical institutions in the UK, represents over 15,000 medical professionals globally. The Honorary Fellowship is among its highest accolades, awarded to individuals who have made exceptional contributions to society.
At the award ceremony, RCPSG President Professor Hany Eteiba praised Bilimoria’s dedication to education and his support for students worldwide.
Bilimoria, who also serves as Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce, UK, expressed deep gratitude for the honour, calling it a “dream come true”.
Bilimoria is a Dehradun native and still has close family members living in the city.
