Dehradun, 29 Nov: The Kasiga Lit Fest, a vibrant celebration of literature, creativity, and self-expression, ignited the spark of imagination on its third day.
The event was a testament to the power of language, as students and faculty members came together to revel in the magic of words.
The day’s highlight was the Book Fair, a bibliophile’s paradise that offered a treasure trove of books to explore. Students delved into the world of literature, discovering new authors, genres, and topics that sparked their curiosity.
The excitement continued with two electrifying inter-house competitions. The English Jingle Making Competition saw students from each house unleash their creativity and musical talents, as they presented their original jingles on various themes. The results were: 1st Position, Amazon House, 2nd Position, Everest House, 3rd Position:, Pacific House.
The Sanskrit Geet Pratiyogita, on the other hand, saw students competing in a rendition of Sanskrit songs, showcasing their knowledge and appreciation of the ancient language. The results were: 1st Position, Nile House, 2nd Position, Pacific House, 3rd Position, Everest House.
