Haridwar, 4 Apr: Patanjali University organised a special session focused on the UPSC Civil Services Examination and related career opportunities. The session was led by IPS officer Tripti Bhatt, Commandant of the 40th Battalion of Uttarakhand PAC, who cleared the Civil Services Examination in her very first attempt in 2013.
While interacting with the students, Tripti Bhatt emphasised the importance of creating a strong and positive study ecosystem for civil services preparation. Highlighting the “Power of Consistency”, she stressed that discipline, self-confidence, and patience are key to success. She also underlined the significance of mental resilience, dedication, and the right approach in cracking the exam.
She provided students with detailed insights on time management, subject selection, answer-writing skills, current affairs preparation, the role of mock tests, and the importance of self-assessment. She stated that a well-structured strategy involving regular study, revision, and mental strength is essential for success in the UPSC examination.
During the lecture, students posed several important questions related to exam strategy, study material, optional subject selection, answer-writing techniques, and interview preparation. Tripti Bhatt answered all queries in detail, drawing from her personal experiences and offering practical advice to help students overcome the challenges of the preparation journey.
Prof Mayank Kumar Agrawal, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Patanjali University, expressed gratitude to Tripti Bhatt for her inspiring session and emphasised the need for more such engagements. This lecture not only provided students with vital information about civil services preparation but also motivated them toward building a successful career.
Also present on the occasion were Alok Kumar Singh, Registrar of Patanjali University; Arshdev, Chief Disciplinary Officer; Dr Ritvik Bisaria, Dean of Academics; along with senior university officials, faculty heads, and faculty members.
