Dehradun, 8 Oct: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi heard the grievances of people from remote rural areas and various parts of the city during a public grievance hearing held at his camp office today. A large number of people brought forward their issues and complaints related to education, healthcare, roads, electricity, drinking water, pensions, housing and other social welfare schemes before Minister Joshi.
During the public hearing, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi listened to each grievance with due seriousness and resolved several cases on the spot. For the remaining pending issues, he issued necessary directions to the concerned departmental officials over the telephone for their prompt and effective redressal, instructing them to ensure that the grievances are resolved within the stipulated time frame.
