Dehradun, 15 Dec: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today condoled the recent demise of Dehradun Cantt MLA Harbans Kapoor.
The Defence Minister, who was in Dehradun today, visited the residence of Harbans Kapoor and paid floral tribute before his portrait. He offered condolences to the bereaved members of Kapoor’s family.
Rajnath Singh said that Harbans Kapoor was in public service for many years. He described the death of Harbans Kapoor as an irreparable loss to the state.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Minister of State for Defence Ajay Bhatt, and State President of BJP Madan Kaushik were also present on the occasion.
