DEHRADUN, 27 Dec: Doon’s Samriddh Chand Thakur won the 3 matches golf league at Panchkula today. This league was organised by Ace Golf. A total of 3 matches were played over the last 3 months at Mohali, Derabassi and Panchkula. Samriddh scored the highest points by securing 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in these 3 matches.
Samriddh is the only player to have brought glory to Uttarakhand by winning this league. There were more than 50 players in the tournament and 4 players from Uttarakhand.
In last 5 tournaments, Samriddh got 1st position in 3 tournaments and was 2nd runner-up in the other two.
