Pandhi alleges that his property is located adjacent to the property owned jointly by Rahul Pandhi and his sisters and that they wish to grab his property. He also reminds that his relatives run a newspaper and are operating a printing press from his (Vijay Pandhi’s property) in illegal manner. He also reminds that he has asked his relatives innumerable times to shift out the Offset Printing Press from his property as it is not only encroaching his property but also has no business to be located in a residential area.
The complaint also details several disturbing incidents, including an assault where Vijay Pandhi was pushed in a dark area on Saturday, resulting in injuries to his leg and eye. Additionally, the complainant states that the accused have illegally established a printing press on a small section of his property, furthering their attempts to forcibly oust him.
Pandhi’s allegations also include a criminal history concerning Rahul Pandhi, who, according to the complaint, has been on bail for many years and previously spent six months in jail for alleged murder of his wife, a case currently under a CBI inquiry following an order by Justice Dhyani of the UK High Court. The case against Rahul Pandhi is reportedly still pending in the District Court of Dehradun, he reminds.
Expressing grave concern for his safety and that of his wife, both senior citizens, Vijay Pandhi has requested an urgent police investigation into the matter and has sought protective measures. He has also called for the US Consulate in New Delhi to be informed about the situation.
