Dehradun, 20 Mar: “Shubh Nikah” is a wonderful innocent love story. Arshad Siddiqui’s directorial prowess manages the seriousness of the film. The hard work of writer-director Arshad Siddiqui is evident in every frame of the film. While the film gives a powerful message, it is entertaining also.
The story of the film revolves around the love story of a Hindu and a Muslim boy and girl, where despite social and religious barriers, love emerges the winner.
The prominent star cast comprising Aksha Pardshani and Rohit Vikram leaves an impact in the film, while Arsh Sandhu of Uttarakhand impresses with his superb acting in the triangular love story. Mala Malhotra Maithani from Uttarakhand has also been successful in making a mark as the glamorous “Khabri” in the film. The acting of all the supporting actors is impressive.
Writing, Direction, Cinematography, Editing, Dialogues, Music, Lyrics Production values are of the highest level. Uttarakhand locations like Dehradun, Kathgodam, Kashipur, Rishikesh, etc., are commendable. Film is produced by Bhupendra Singh Sandhu and Arpit Garg under the banner of Arsh Sandhu Production, while the distribution is by Brandex Entertainments.
Today, when stories in films are almost not to be found, Shubh Nikah is a worthwhile effort. Shubh Nikah is worth watching and understanding, both.
