Dehradun, 5 Aug: The news of the loss of lives and property caused by the natural disaster following the cloudburst in Dharali area of Uttarkashi district is extremely tragic and heartbreaking, stated Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly, Ritu Khanduri Bhushan. She expressed deep sorrow over the incident and extended heartfelt condolences to the affected families.
She said, “I pray to God for the safety of everyone and offer my humble tributes for the peace of the departed souls. This is a time to stand together with patience, solidarity, and a spirit of humanitarian service.”
