TEHRI GARHWAL, 23 Nov: BJP leaders and workers have expressed happiness over the victory of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Asha Nautiyal in the Kedarnath by-election. Narendra Nagar MLA and Cabinet Minister Subodh Uniyal on Saturday described the party‘s victory as proof of the public’s faith in the BJP. Congratulating the party candidate, all the voters, and the people of the Kedarnath area, he said that this victory has rejected the false propaganda of the Opposition.
Subodh Uniyal also said that BJP workers have slogged to ensure the reach of the party‘s public welfare policies to the people, which made this victory possible. He expressed confidence that the BJP will also win the upcoming civic elections.
On this victory of BJP, Chief of Vikas Khand Fakot Rajendra Singh Bhandari, outgoing president of Nagar Panchayat Gaja Meena Khati, outgoing president of Mandi Samiti Narendra Nagar Bir Singh Rawat, Chief Chamba Shivani Bisht, District senior Vice-President of BJP Chatar Singh, State Working Committee Member Girish Chandra Banthwan, District Minister Gajendra Singh Khati, Gaja Mandal President Ratan Singh Rawat, and General Secretary Rajesh Rawat also expressed their congratulations.
