Dehradun, 6 May: Ann Mary School conducted its Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27 here today, with pride and dignity. The ceremony marked the formal induction of the newly elected student council.

Karandeep Singh Bindra was appointed as the Head Boy, while Namrata Sati was declared Head Girl and Riddhi Gupta took charge as Captain. They were joined by House Prefects, Special Prefects, and Prefects, who were entrusted with various leadership responsibilities. Badges were conferred upon the students by the Chairperson and Director of the school, along with teacher mentors.

The oath was administered by Ankita Joshi, wherein the council members pledged to discharge their duties with sincerity, dedication, and integrity.

In her address, Principal Pallavi Gupta stated that the selection of the student council was a challenging process, carried out with great thoughtfulness by the selection committee. She congratulated the newly appointed members and extended her best wishes for their successful tenure.

Present was Chairperson Anuradha Joshi, along with Director Ankita Joshi; senior staff and students of the school.

The Head Boy and Head Girls addressed the gathering and assured that the council would live up to expectations and perform their responsibilities with commitment.

The ceremony concluded on an inspiring note, encouraging students to uphold the values and ethos of the school.
